Hello! My name is Kirsten Lapp and I am the Executive Director at NorthState. I am passionate about providing a safe, warm atmosphere for our clients and offering truth, options, and hope to our clients. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and love seeing children and families become cohesive family units. In my free time I enjoy hiking, good coffee and pickleball!

Paula Ozark

Assistant Director

Hi! I’m Paula Ozark, and I am the Assistant Director at NorthState Care Clinic. My heart is to support our team, cultivate relationships with NorthState partners, and create a place where every client feels seen, valued, and truly cared for.
Throughout my journey, God has guided me through a variety of meaningful roles, including executive operations, volunteer development, church leadership, and women’s ministry. I am passionate about encouraging, empowering, and bringing hope to others.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communication and Public Relations. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, going for walks and drives, traveling, and writing.

April Vesco

Nurse Manager

Hello! my name is April Vesco. I love working alongside our amazing medical volunteers serving our clients, and facilitate the medical needs of the clinic. I started at NorthState as a volunteer, and fell in love with it. I am also an active labor and delivery nurse, and have held that position since 2005. I care for moms and babies in various stages of pregnancy, the birthing process, circulate the OR, and care for them postpartum. I have obtained an additional certification in obstetrics verifying expertise in this field. I love Jesus, and strive to serve His children well, helping them through some of their most vulnerable times in their lives. I have a passion for this population and am grateful I can use my experience to serve our clients. Aside from my jobs, I have spent the last 5 years running a farm with my family we call the Red Dirt Ranch. I also enjoy gardening and being outdoors in nature, be it hiking, fishing, or just soaking in the rays. I love spending time with my family, going to Bible study, and hanging out with my dogs!

Lisa Marie Griggs

Office Manager

Hi! I am the Office Manager at NorthState Care Clinic, where I have the responsibility for the day-to-day operations, administration and management of the Center.  I am an Operations and Information Solutions professional, specializing in building unified systems, coaching staff, and creating processes that foster collaboration.
I am passionate about combining my professional expertise with my heart for ministry. For more than 25 years, I have served in prayer ministry, women’s mentoring, Bible studies, worship dance, and volunteer team leadership, and recently served on staff for nearly 10 years leading others in growing in their connection with God and with my local church.
When not at work, I enjoy trying new restaurants with her family, exploring new technology tools, and serving in church ministries. I am committed to using my skills to support both organizational excellence and spiritual growth.

Hannah-Marie Post

Client Services Director

Hi! My name is Hannah-Marie Post and I am the Client Services Director here at NorthState Care Clinic. I received my bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge in 2020. I have two years of ministry school completed and love learning about the Lord. Previously, I worked in education and had a passion for building up the next generation through biblical principles. I am excited to serve and bless patients and clients in their parenting journey to see them loved, encouraged, and informed with the truth of Jesus Christ. In my free time, my husband and I love to spend days at the lake, hosting dinners with friends, and making lattes for our Bible studies.

Grace Montague

Front Office Manager

Hi! My name is Grace Montague, and I serve as the Front Office Manager at NorthState Care Clinic. I’m here to help provide a warm and welcoming space for our clients to receive the information and care that they need. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Willaim Jessup University and am passionate about understanding people on a deeper level. Outside of work I am a homebody who likes spending time with my friends, family, and my cat.
